Rent Smart Bristol is a startup that provides property management. Its service is for both landlords and tenants. Having two distinct target audiences was one of the main challenges for designing the site. As with many startups, Rent Smart Bristol wanted their site to be built in such a way that it would be as easy as possible to add new features and content as the business grows.

The approach
A custom theme was built that balanced a modern and informative design - custom themes are always a great option because of the edge they give for your SEO. The implementation of Advanced Custom Fields means that all images and text can easily be edited from the WordPress admin area. The website uses minimal plugins which is great for lessening maintenance as well as making the pages load quickly.
The results
The site is modern and informative and helps reflect Rent Smart Bristol’s values and pedigree to potential clients. Due to the site being custom built the code is clean and modular so adding new features and sections in the future will be very easy.
